What Is a Trauma Healing Intensive?

A Trauma Healing Intensive is a private, personalized therapy experience designed for deep healing in 1 to 3 days—without repeatedly retelling your story.

You step away from daily stressors and focus fully on your healing journey in a safe, compassionate space.

What Happens During an Intensive?

During your intensive, you'll reprocess trauma with minimal retelling—healing without reliving. We'll work to calm your nervous system, reduce triggers and overwhelm, and help you build stronger beliefs about yourself and your safety. You'll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and steady.

A trauma Intensive May Be A Good Fit If…

  • You've tried weekly therapy but still feel triggered or stuck

  • You need meaningful progress in a shorter timeline

  • You're working through trauma, grief, anxiety, or a major life transition

  • You want to move out of survival mode and into emotional stability

  • You're ready for focused, immersive healing

How Is This Different from Weekly Therapy?

Weekly therapy helps many people—and it's a valuable option.

An Intensive condenses therapy time into longer, uninterrupted sessions with fewer distractions. This supports faster integration and stronger momentum as you move through your healing process.

Trauma Intensive Services
Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART)–Informed Care

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based trauma therapy that uses guided eye movements to help your brain naturally process distressing memories, PTSD symptoms, and traumatic experiences. Many clients prefer ART for trauma healing because it minimizes the need to describe traumatic details—you don't have to relive your trauma to recover from it. This trauma treatment method is gentle, private, and research-supported.

A Thoughtful, Ethical Approach

Trauma Intensive Services are not crisis treatment and may not be appropriate for every situation. They are offered on a limited basis and only when clinically indicated—ensuring the right fit for your unique needs.

The focus is always on safety, containment, and responsible use of evidence-based care.
